Very helpful with my laptop
I’m 68 years old and not very confident when it comes to computers. My laptop had become very slow, and I thought I might need to buy a new one. I contacted Tekwire, and the technician patiently explained what was wrong. He connected remotely, cleaned things up, and updated what was needed. Now the laptop starts quickly and works just fine for my emails and video calls with family. I truly appreciate the respect and patience shown during the process, as I often need extra time to understand.
